Heroes Foundation Seeks Executive Director To Lead Organization To The Summit for 20th Year and Beyond

INDIANAPOLIS — The Heroes Foundation is seeking qualified, passionate candidates for the position of Executive Director to help the Indiana cancer organization fulfill its mission and continue to grow its reach in the community.

Having grown and flourished for two decades as a volunteer-driven organization, the Heroes Foundation is seeking dedicated leadership to position the non-profit for long-term sustainability.

“It’s been almost 20 years since the founding of the Heroes Foundation, and thus it’s time, if not overdue,” said Vince Todd, Jr, chairman and co-founder. “We have so much more to do, and immediate opportunity, coupled with continued passion and a never satisfied attitude to battle cancer in Indiana brings us to this next step in our evolution.”

With an engaged and established board, the Heroes Foundation produces several signature fundraising events annually, supporting its mission and providing critical resources toward cancer support, prevention, and research.

“We are making ourselves vulnerable to find someone to lead the day-to-day operations that shares our passion,” added Todd. “After all, without vulnerability, there is no creativity or innovation. It’s crazy to think we’ve been doing this for almost twenty years, but now we’re focused on making sure the Foundation is around for the next twenty.”
